Danica's career has seen her design and deliver bespoke leadership and inclusion solutions to some of the largest corporations nation-wide. Her audiences have included executives, senior leaders, middle managers, HR and front line service-providers. Previous to this, Danica devoted her passions to the mental health sector as the coordinator of a federally funded service. During this time, Danica developed a reputation for bringing innovation and client-centred design to the service via a range of support programs for service users that focused on empowerment, wellbeing and recovery.
